She is an incredible instructor, and she has really helped me grow stronger in my practice--physically, mentally, and emotionally. "After having my daughter I was experiencing constant back pain. It was difficult picking her up and I felt pain with every step. I spent a lot of time and money with chiropractors with little success before working with Lindsey. After just one session the pinch in my lower back lessened significantly and Lindsey sent me away with stretches to do at home. I’m now back to hiking and running thanks to her. When you don’t have a lot of free time to spare it is nice to get the care and attention you need from a knowledgeable source.
