Private Yoga
Private yoga sessions are created for you. We will work together to develop a practice completely tailored to suit your needs and help you achieve your practice and health goals. Privates can be done in the comfort of your home or we can use space at a local yoga studio and all yoga props will be provided for you.
Pre-Natal Yoga
Experience the extensive benefits of practicing yoga while pregnant. Pre-natal yoga sessions are created for you and customized for your life and your body. The sessions are designed to focus on your goals, whether it is relaxation, fitness, alleviate aches and pains, connecting with your baby, preparation for birth, or other life events.
Post-Natal Yoga
This practice will help you understand what happened to your body and how to heal postpartum. Practices will include techniques for re-discovering your core muscles, realigning and re-balancing the sacrum and hips, as well as postures for relieving neck and shoulder tension. Most importantly you will learn relaxation, to help to calm you down, center your mind and deeply rest.
Baby and Parent Yoga
Bringing your baby to your mat can have positive long lasting effects for both you and baby. You will explore yoga as a way to bond with your baby while learning how to support yourself physically and energetically through the postpartum period. You will also learn which poses and techniques can help alleviate common problems with babies including basic infant massage.
Small Group Privates

Apres Ski Yoga
Need some help recovering after a day on the slopes? Whether you are an experienced skier or are hitting the slopes for the first time this winter, you'll likely find your hips, quads, and hamstrings tight after a day of skiing.
